Employment Conditions ㆍEmployment Type: Contract (1-year term, extendable for an additional year based on performance evaluation; maximum of 2 years) ㆍPosition: Global Forwarding Operations & Settlement ㆍTitle: Manager ㆍWork Location: Hyundai Glovis Headquarters, Seongdong-gu, Seoul Job Summary This role focuses on identifying and driving improvement initiatives to enhance the operations of warehouse management and distribution services for non-affiliated customers. Key responsibilities include selecting and implementing transportation efficiency projects aimed at securing cost competitiveness in transportation operations, and promoting process improvement (PI) activities through operational advancement. Key Responsibilities ㆍIdentify and lead transportation efficiency projects - Establish a systematic bidding process for transportation integration and support bidding activities - Develop and standardize operational processes, including integrated dispatch center management ㆍ Drive warehouse operation process improvements - Diagnose operational performance (productivity, analysis of inefficiencies) and derive improvement plans Qualifications ㆍBachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Trade/Distribution, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. ㆍMinimum 7 years of project management and execution experience in transportation and warehouse operation improvements.
